Brendan, born and raised in England, he is now living in Vietnam following his passion in fitness and boxing. In the past, he was fortunate enough to be trained out of one of the best boxing gyms in the UK, Steffy Bulls boxing gym, by two world class coaches in Steffy Bull and Ray Doyle. During his time there, he was assigned head strength and conditioning coach which gave him the great opportunity of preparing ‘super bantamweight’ commonwealth champion Jason Cunningham for his fight against Kal Yafai for the British title...

Brendan is a three year graduate from the university of Plymouth where he studied strength and conditioning. He worked with a range of professional athletes in each of these sports; basketball, rugby, boxing, football and fencing. Alongside studying and being involved in many sports, Brendan was completely immersed in the sport of boxing due to his father being a professional fighter in his younger years, which fuelled Brendan’s love and passion for the sport. Over the years he’s dedicated himself to become a student of the ‘game’ to then utilize his experience and education to establish a scientific and personalized approach to training. He’s been training alongside his brother Nathan in Vietnam for the past 3 years and have both been preparing for their first fight on the event, victory 8 which in the past, has had some world class boxers participate in the events from the likes of Charly Suarez from the Philippines, Mateo Tapia from Australia, and of course the great fighters of Vietnam; Truong Dinh Hoang, Olympic qualifier Nguyen Van Duong, and Nguyen Van Hai in which both Nathan and Brendan were corner men for his fight against Charly Suarez.
At Keers brothers boxing Brendan is the Head Coach. He plans and structures the group classes and develops fighters in his private classes. Brendan can teach any style of boxing, but is strongly inspired by Ingle's Gym in Sheffield. A style that teaches both stances; orthodox and southpaw.. Much of the Keers Brothers Boxing gym is also fitted towards this style. Brendans humble and lively character will make anybody feel welcome at the gym and takes away any hesitation if you had any.

Tuan has always been passionate about martial arts. From a young age he’d taken interest in Taekwondo and Karate, but it was only when he was grown up that he started practicing martial arts more and ended up training Kickboxing.
Eventually, Tuan got experienced in both Boxing and Kickboxing and had been working as a coach for 3 years now. After meeting Brendan, his passion for Boxing had grown much larger and chose to specialize in boxing, in which he believes will be one of the fastest growing sports in Vietnam. His fascination grows every day and Tuan’s plan is to build an empire in boxing and elevate the sport nationally.
Started boxing at the age of 18 under the training of ex british champion and world title challanger Ryan rhodes. During this time I had the honor of training alongside the pro propects from around The UK and became good friends with many. Unfortunately I missed a lot of my amateur years because this was not an amatuer stable only pro so I decided to change to another gym which was run by steffy bull. This had both pro and amatuer so I then gained a good amount of amatuer experience whilst also training along side the professionals there...

Unfortunately I missed a lot of my amateur years because this was not an amatuer stable only pro so I decided to change to another gym which was run by steffy bull. This had both pro and amatuer so I then gained a good amount of amatuer experience whilst also training along side the professionals there. I then bagan undertaking training if the amatuer groups with as much as up to 40 people. I had a couple of amatuer fights out of this gym but due to my lack of focus and women I lost out on many that I should have had.
Since then I have done one year body building where I balloned up to 100kg differing from my 72kg fight weight in the UK haha but I gained a huge ampunt of knowledge of the strength and condition side of things.
Currently I reside in Vietnam with my wife and son and now have been back at boxing for 2 years with ny brother as my coach and have dropped back to 82kg and will be fighting at 79kg once things clear up.
I do not have much input in the keers boxing as I run my own English center and have an extremely busy schedule but I always make saturday to spar the guys to improve them aswell as constant conversations with my Brother Brendan on how we can develop the fighters in the gym. So even though I am not always physically there I am there in a mental way
